Eve Smyth received her degree in theatre from San Francisco State University, and has performed and taught classes running the gambit from scripted theatre to improvisation.
Before moving to Southern Oregon in 2002, Eve taught and performed with Bay Area TheaterSports and was director at the Young Audiences program at BATS Improv, where she facilitated improvisation workshops and performances in schools throughout the Bay Area. She has appeared with several other Bay Area improv groups, including a writing performance group called “First Draft.” She also co-founded a theatre company which performed original comedies and toured throughout the Northwest for more than ten years.
Eve currently performs with Oregon Stage Works, Free Range Theatre, and the comedy improv troupe, The Hamazons.
